Chatsworth International Horse Trials – My Man Mickie competing in the 1* put in his best dressage performance to date and scored 48.4, putting us in a competitive position (only a couple of points between many competitors).  Showing jumping course was up to height and a good test, he jumped a fab clear round which placed us in 16th position before the cross country, but with all to play for as the scores were very close. Beautiful cross country course the biggest test Mickie has faced to date, he flew round clear with just 2.4 time penalties which placed us 13th overall.  He is an awesome little horse who gave everything he had – so proud of him.  Thank you Sarah Francis for allowing me the privilege of riding him.  Big thank you also to Louise Holden for doing such a fantastic job as groom, he looked stunning and wanted for nothing.
